Vallari Decor is a growing home décor and event décor company, and we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic individual to join our team!

We're putting a big focus on creating engaging videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content, and we want someone who is excited to help bring our products and ideas to life.

You don't need professional experience or a fancy portfolio. We're much more interested in your personality, creativity, positive attitude, and willingness to learn!

If you love decorating, enjoy creating content, and aren't afraid to get in front of the camera, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Creating videos and Reels: Help brainstorm, film, and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.

- Getting in front of the camera: Be comfortable appearing in videos, demonstrating products, sharing decorating ideas, and bringing some personality to our content.

- Styling and decorating: Help arrange and style our home décor products to create beautiful, eye-catching photos and videos.

- Coming up with creative ideas: Bring fresh perspectives, trending sounds, fun concepts, and new ways to showcase our products.

- Behind-the-scenes content: Capture the everyday excitement of running a growing décor business,



from new arrivals to product styling and order preparation.

- Editing content: Help create short, engaging videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other beginner-friendly editing apps.

- Social media engagement: Assist with posting content, writing captions, and growing our online community.

- Loves social media and keeps up with trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.

- Has an interest in decorating, interior styling, home décor, or event design.

- Takes initiative rather than always waiting to be told what to do.

- Is reliable, responsible, and genuinely cares about doing a great job.

- Is open to feedback and willing to learn.

- Enjoys working with a small, collaborative team.

No previous professional experience is required!

- Eligibility: Canadian citizen or permanent resident AND currently enrolled at a Canadian college or university. Applicants must also meet Venture for Canada's internship program eligibility requirements.
