Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business cases, and leading business process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and effective technology solutions.
Previous Government experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and business strategies.
- Analyze and improve business processes through process re-engineering and optimization.
- Develop business process models, use cases, data flows, and functional requirements.
- Translate business and data requirements into technical specifications.
- Create screen designs, user interface mockups, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and support solution delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Previous Government experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies.
- Hands-on experience with business process modelling and process re-engineering.




- Experience with JAD, UML, CASE tools, and user interface mockups (Balsamiq preferred).
- Experience working with Document Management Systems and/or CRM platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience working in Agile and structured project environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Technical Experience UI design, mockups, JAD, UML, CASE tools, CRM, and Document Management Systems.
