About the Role
As a Luxury Beauty Advisor,
you'll play an important role in representing premium beauty brands and ensuring customers receive a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalised shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with luxury brand standards.
- Introducing customers to premium skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance collections.
- Providing thoughtful product recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Building strong customer relationships and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining high standards of product presentation, merchandising, and counter appearance.
- Participating in brand training, product launches, and ongoing professional development.
About You
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have a genuine interest in luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance.
- Are confident, approachable, and enjoy engaging with customers.
- Take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working towards sales goals.
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy retail environment.
- Have previous experience in beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential).
- Speak Mandarin or another additional language (an asset).
