- Conduct patient assessments to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment by providing excellent patient service and addressing client inquiries
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to medical terminology and anatomy guidelines during treatments
- Support patient education on post-treatment care,
occupational health practices, and wellness strategies
- Document treatment details accurately in compliance with clinic policies and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Experience
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and pain management strategies
- Prior experience or exposure to medical spa environments or occupational health settings is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Demonstrated interest in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and holistic wellness approaches
