A.C.E. Courier Service Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for a CSR - Collections Representative with our Accounting and Administration department in our Calgary branch office.
A.C.E. Courier Service Ltd. fleet consist of enclosed 5 tons, and semi tractors; all of which operate in the city of Calgary and surrounding area. The freight moved is a combination of courier and LTL shipments. We're a Regional service provider operating out of 32 terminals within Alberta and BC.
The main role of the CSR - Collections Representative is to ensure positive customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation. We are ideally looking for a candidate that has previous Collections experience. Tasks
- Monitoring accounts and maintaining financial health
- Maintaining work records and Documenting client log details and interactions.
- Contacting debtors and responsible for recovering overdue payments.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone,
email or in-person.
- Resolving issues related to billing and working to resolve disputes that may arise regarding payment
- Be a team player. Collaborating and working closely with other departments such as sales and customer service assisting other members of the office if required
