Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join an automotive manufacturing team in Vaughan. We are looking for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who can follow production instructions, operate equipment, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Location: Vaughan, ON
Base Pay: $19.00/hour

Available Shifts:

- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+$0.50/hour shift premium)
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$1.00/hour shift premium)

About the Position

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and assisting with manufacturing processes to ensure parts are produced according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months of manufacturing experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to follow established work instructions in a rapid-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

- Operate welding and production equipment according to job instructions and established procedures.
- Ensure manufactured parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Understand and follow customer welding requirements and acceptable quality criteria.
- Follow all workplace Health & Safety procedures and maintain a protected working environment.
- Complete production paperwork and other required documentation accurately.
- Follow standardized work instructions and meet daily production expectations.
- Assist with general manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- 6–12 months of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to understand and follow standardized work instructions.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality procedures.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable performing pushing tasks requiring up to 50 lbs. of force.




- Ability to operate equipment such as an electric pump truck.
- Available to work overtime when required.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
