As a Seafood Processor you will be responsible for processing seafood with precision and care, ensuring all products meet strict food safety and sanitation standards. *************EXPERIENCE IN SEAFOOD PROCESSING, SAFE HAMDLING, ORDERING, PREPARING CUTS AND PACKING REQUIRED************************************

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Prepare seafood by cleaning, filleting, and portioning according to product specifications
- Operate seafood processing machinery safely and efficiently, including grinders, slicers, and packaging equipment
- Ensure all products are handled in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Package seafood products accurately for shipment, maintaining proper labeling and documentation
- Conduct quality checks throughout the processing stages to identify defects or contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and recording product quantities

Skills/Qualifications:

- Must have experience in seafood processing (cutting in portions,



packing)
- Knowledge of Seafood packaging techniques and manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices for Seafood safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Willingness to learn new skills related to seafood processing and food safety protocols
