To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality psychotherapy services remotely or in a hybrid mode while managing client assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults through secure telehealth or hybrid services Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Complete accurate, insurance-compliant documentation within 24 hours of each client session Required qualifications Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) California residency Experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably with telehealth Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist
