You’ll play a key role in keeping the company’s financial operations accurate and running smoothly.

W-9s and compliance documents accurate and up to date Reconciling bank accounts, AP aging, prepaids, petty cash and credit card transactions Helping with month-end close Providing general accounting and administrative support Occasionally coordinating employee travel and covering the front desk 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience ~ An associate degree in Accounting, Business or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience ~ A strong understanding of AP, invoicing, the general ledger, the chart of accounts and basic financial statements ~ Experience with SAP or another ERP or accounting system (preferred) ~ Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word ~ Professionalism and dependability, with comfort handling confidential financial information ~ A customer-service mindset and a team-first attitude
