As a remote Customer Account Specialist, the full-time position will manage customer relationships through telephone negotiations, review payment histories, and administer collection efforts in compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships using effective telephone negotiating techniques Review and update payment history and debtor information, negotiating payment plan modifications Administer collection efforts while adhering to federal and state regulations and company policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience Experience in a call center or related customer service setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word Experience in customer service or collections within a financial environment Ability to manage multiple tasks across various systems and processes
