To support productive radiology operations, the full-time Remote Radiology Service Coordinator will serve as a key liaison among radiologists, hospital clinical teams, and administrative staff, managing physician calls, preparing exams for interpretation, and providing technical support across radiology information systems.

Key responsibilities Manage physician calls, verify identities, and relay results while connecting clinical teams with radiologists Prepare exams for interpretation by attaching prior exams, notes, and supporting documentation, while monitoring worklists Provide technical and operational support across PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems Required qualifications Associate's degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related field preferred 2+ years of healthcare operations experience Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems, with proficiency in PACS and RIS Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
