Parking Operations Supervisor — All Shifts

About the Role

ParkForU is hiring hands-on supervisors to lead our airport valet parking team. We’re looking for dependable leaders who stay actively involved throughout their shift, support employees and make sure every customer receives prompt, professional service.

This role requires a strong physical presence in office, clear communication and accountability for daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Lead drivers and valet agents, assign duties and coordinate customer vehicle pickups and returns.
- Monitor driver availability, attendance, breaks and service times.
- Keep accurate daily records of vehicle movements, staffing, delays and customer issues.
- Work toward our service target of 15 minutes or less once a customer is ready to be served.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure vehicles and keys are handled safely and securely.
- Assist with driving and valet duties when needed.
- Report incidents, vehicle damage and operational concerns promptly to management.




- Complete end-of-shift reports and provide a clear handover to the next supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized workplace and hold the team accountable for service standards.

Qualifications

- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience; parking, hospitality, transportation or customer service experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and a safe driving record.
- Confident driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
- Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, booking systems and digital reports.
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual and calm under pressure.
