Who we are

Wesgrove Homes builds home additions, ADUs and renovations across Ladner, Tsawwassen and Richmond. Founded in 2017, we've grown on quality work and a team of red-seal carpenters. We live here too, and we give back through two community events each year, supporting Deltassist and the Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation.

The role

You'll lead the site: running the build, doing the hands-on carpentry, and coordinating the trade partners who handle much of our work. You'll report to the Project Manager, mentor our new first-year apprentice, and be the point person on site for quality, safety and schedule.

What you'll do

- Run day-to-day site work so projects stay on schedule and on scope

- Do the hands-on carpentry: layout, framing, concrete forming, doors and windows, interior and exterior finishing

- Coordinate trade partners on site and keep an eye on progress and quality

- Mentor a first-year apprentice and sign off their hours with SkilledTradesBC

- Read plans, forecast materials and flag issues before they cost time

- Be a clear, friendly point of contact for homeowners

- Keep every site clean, organized and safe

What you bring

- 8+ years on the tools in residential construction, including renovations or additions

- Experience coordinating and managing trade partners on site

- Comfortable reading architectural, structural,



mechanical and electrical plans

- Working knowledge of the BC Building Code

- Clear communication with homeowners, trades and the Project Manager, including written site notes

- Valid driver's licence, your own vehicle and basic hand tools

Nice to have

- Red Seal Carpenter (preferred)

- OFA Level 1

- Lead hand or foreman experience, or you've run your own company

- Interest in growing into a Project Manager role
