ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Preparation of financial statements and tax returns in a variety of small and medium size businesses

· Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns (T1, T2s, T3s, GST/HST/TVQ)

· Compilation and review engagements

· Effective communication with our clients, government agencies, management and staff

· Providing leadership and mentor a team of staff accountants

· Identify new business opportunities with existing clients

REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous experience in a CPA Firm

· Experience with full-cycle computerized programs such as QuickBooks

· Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy

· Superior written and verbal communication skills





· Ability to initiate and develop professional relations with clientele

· Must hold a professional accounting designation or worked for a CPA firm for more than 5 years

ASSETS:

· Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset

· Minimum of 5 years Canadian of relevant midsize public practice experience related to Private Enterprise

· An individual considering possibility for partnership

OPPORTUNITIES:

Pay: $65,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
