Applicants should have:

- Millwright Journeyman Certification or Red Seal
- Experience with Welding, Mechanical Work and Facility Maintenance
- Ability to work independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Valid driver's license - abstract required
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- 2 to 3 years experience as a Millwright
- Supply own tooling with the exception of larger shop tools

Job Duties to Include:

- Maintain facilities at Headwater - e.g. Overhead Cranes, Overhead Doors, Compressors, Welding Equipment & HVAC Systems
- Mount attachments on machinery
- Operate Line Bore Tools
- Operate Welding Equipment
- Align and test equipment and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform predictive and operational maintenance using procedures such as vibration analysis,



and follow through with repair or replacing defective parts when necessary
- Mobile repairs - line boring, welding, etc.
- Keep maintenance records and documentation

Pay Structure:

- Industry Competitive Wages, and above
- $40/hr to $47/hr - depending on experience
- Overtime at time and a half - paid after 8 hours/day
- This is a permanent full time position

Other Requirements:

- Pre-employment medical exam

Shift Structures:

- Guaranteed minimum of 40hrs/week - Overtime available and paid at time and a half
- Shift Structure - Monday to Friday. Saturday work may be required depending on work load

We are a Heavy Equipment Sales and Service company with four locations that refurbish/repair late model Cat/Deere/Hitachi heavy construction equipment. We are also a Sany, Rokbak Articulated Rock Truck dealer, as well as a Cummins, Isuzu, Yanmar, Deutz and Scania Certified Repair Center. (Dealer training is available for technicians interested.)
