Find and Seek is a puzzle adventure escape room located in Vancouver’s International Village Mall. Our mission is to provide customers with an exciting, unique and fully immersive experience, while encouraging collaboration.

We are hiring a part-time key holder to join our team

This is a part time position with three to four shifts per week. The successful candidate will be entrusted as a key holder and will be responsible for opening and/or closing the premises as part of a team.

Schedule
Shifts are primarily on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, though we welcome availability on any day of the week.

- Monday to Thursday: shifts run from 1:45 PM to approximately 10:00 PM
- Friday to Sunday: opening shifts start at 11:15 AM, and closing shifts end at approximately 10:00 PM, occasionally a little later

Key holders will be scheduled to open and/or close depending on the day. A minimum of three shifts per week is required.

Responsibilities

- Opening and/or closing the premises, including securing the space and setting or disarming the alarm
- Greeting customers and answering questions by phone and in person
- Processing payments and operating the reservation system,



including end-of-day procedures
- Presenting an introduction and storyline to customers before game-play
- Keeping the premises clean and tidy
- Future responsibilities may include overseeing customers’ gaming experience (training provided)

Qualifications

- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
- Payment processing experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a key holder or opener/closer is an asset
- Experience with electronics, basic furniture repair or similar hands-on work is an asset
