Established in 2016, UC Auto is an independent pre-owned vehicle dealership based in Richmond, BC. Our business includes vehicle retail and wholesale, trade-ins and financing support. We are improving our accounting processes, management reporting and use of technology to support clearer operating decisions.

The opportunity

We are looking for a creative, motivated and reliable Marketing Assistant to join our team in Richmond, BC.

If you enjoy social media, creating content and finding engaging ways to present products, this is an opportunity to put those interests into practice in the automotive industry.

The role focuses on social media content, vehicle advertisements and online promotion. You will help present our vehicles clearly and attractively, contribute fresh ideas and support a consistent, professional online presence for UC Auto.

This is a full-time, on-site dealership position that also involves customer interaction and teamwork. Alongside the marketing focus, you will help create a welcoming experience for customers and support the team’s customer communication.

Previous professional marketing experience is not required. We welcome applicants who bring creativity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. An interest in cars and an understanding of what makes online content appealing are valuable starting points.

What you bring

- Strong English communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- An interest in social media, digital content and vehicle advertising.




- Comfort creating basic visual content and using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- A good eye for presentation and attention to accuracy.
- Reliability, organization and the ability to follow through on your work.
- A customer-focused attitude and a willingness to work with others.
- An interest in vehicles and a willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
- Availability to work full time on-site in Richmond, BC.

Experience in social media, content creation, customer service or retail is an asset. We also welcome candidates who have developed relevant skills through personal projects or their own social media content.

Compensation and employment

- Pay range: CAD $45,000–$65,000 per year.
