Role Summary

The Financial Service Associate (licensed or unlicensed) is a key member of our team as we seek to help our clients achieve lifetime financial security. In this role, you will have three critical areas of focus on my / our team:

- delivering an exceptional client experience for current and potential clients
- Support client development initiatives and administrative workflows to streamline business growth
- helping to create a smooth, efficient and compliant office

Key Accountabilities:

- Appointment making / client follow-up calls
- Providing rapid, personalized client administrative services
- Completing and shepherding paperwork through Head Office as permitted
- Managing the administrative side of the advisor's wealth practice conscientiously and reliably to help ensure and maintain compliance
- Managing advisor's wealth clients workflow (preparation for client meetings, follow up, etc.)
- Supporting the Advisor to create marketing / sales opportunities (mining client data, marketing efforts, mailers, etc.)

Qualifications

- Education: High School graduate.
- Licenses: Investment Funds in Canada course completion/registration is encouraged.
- Experience: Proven background in customer service, sales, or financial services (financial background is an asset, but a strong willingness to learn is accepted).
- Compliance: A successful candidate will need to consent to a credit and criminal record check before employment offer approved.

Salary

The salary range for this position is negotiable, depending on the skills and experience of the candidate. There is also room to grow with commission based incentives.
