We are looking for an experienced *Siding Foreperson/Forewoman* who takes pride in their craftsmanship, understands the importance of teamwork, and enjoys helping others become better at what they do.

We need someone who can lead a crew, maintain high-quality standards, stay hands-on when necessary, and take ownership of daily operations.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a siding installer or lead installer.

- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a siding crew.

- Strong understanding of siding installation, layout, cutting, details, and finishing.

- Willingness to stay hands-on and jump in whenever the project requires it.

- Ability and willingness to teach, mentor, and develop team members.

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- A positive attitude, accountability, and pride in quality workmanship.

- Leadership training or previous supervisory experience is a strong asset.

- Willingness to continuously learn, participate in additional training, and improve leadership and technical skills.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead and support siding crews on residential construction projects.

- Coordinate daily work, materials, and jobsite activities.

- Ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and attention to detail.

- Work alongside the crew when needed.





- Train, guide, and mentor installers, helping them develop their skills.

- Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.

- Communicate effectively with management and other trades.

- Lead by example and help build a strong team culture.
