Summary: Location: Montreal Work Mode: Onsite presence required 3x/week Duration: 12 Months contract position Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team.

Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.

Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.

Learn and apply the company’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.

Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.

Respond proactively to change, mastering recent technical and business concepts as needed.

Requirements: Minimum 7 years of development experience with 5 years of hands-on experience in Python.

Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.

Experience with GenAI Coding Assistants like Copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc.

Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB,



and related technologies.

Experience with Dev

Ops practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.

Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant.

Preferred Skills: Experience in GenAI application development: Usage of LLM models for application, Agentic implementation, usage of tools to integrate data into LLM context, etc. UI development using Angular / React Framework.

Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting.

Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization.

Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming.

Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.
