Popeyes serves up bold Louisiana-style chicken and great guest service. We're hiring friendly, hard-working Crew Members and Cooks to join our team. No experience? No problem, we'll train you.
Crew Member Responsibilities (Front of House):
- Greet guests and take orders at the counter and drive-thru.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Pack orders correctly and quickly.
- Keep the dining room, washrooms and front counter clean and stocked.
- Answer guest questions and help with menu choices.
Cook Responsibilities (Back of House):
- Prepare, bread, fry and package food following Popeyes recipes and standards.
- Check food quality and temperatures so everything is fresh and safe.
- Follow food safety, handling and sanitation procedures.
- Keep your station, equipment and kitchen clean.
- Unload deliveries and stock inventory.
- Wash dishes and help with closing duties.
Everyone:
- Work as a team and help out at other stations when needed.
- Show up on time for scheduled shifts.
- Follow health and safety rules.
Requirements:
- No experience needed, we'll train you (rapid food/kitchen experience is an asset).
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset.
- Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods, bend and lift supplies.
- Available evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
