Whistler Olympic Park (WOP) is a world-class Nordic sport and recreation venue located in the Callaghan Valley, just south of Whistler. Originally built for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the park offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other winter activities, as well as summer recreation and campground experiences. Please note that reliable transportation is required to successfully work at Whistler Olympic Park. Our beautiful location is not serviced by public transit.

We are currently hiring a Supervisor, Guest Services to support the year-round delivery of our guest services, recreational programs and campground operations. Reporting to the Manager, Guest Services, this role provides daily leadership to the Guest Services team, coordinates guest-facing operations and helps ensure an exceptional experience for every visitor.

What You'll Do

- Supervise, train and support the Guest Services and campground teams, including scheduling, performance feedback and day-to-day leadership.
- Coordinate guest services, program bookings, recreational activities and seasonal campground operations.
- Support rental and retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale processes and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work with other departments to ensure facilities, guest areas and campground operations are protected, welcoming and well maintained.
- Assist with events, program promotion and administrative activities while supporting a positive, safety-focused team environment.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in guest services, recreation or hospitality.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, including experience with scheduling, reservation or point-of-sale systems.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A valid Class 5 BC driver's license and reliable transportation, as Whistler Olympic Park is not serviced by public transit.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Experience in recreation, campground, rental or retail operations, knowledge of Nordic sports, and a Recreation or Hospitality Management qualification are considered assets.
- A satisfactory criminal record check is required upon hire.
