Overview

The Finance Manager supports accurate financial transactions and delivers a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process. This role combines financial services, sales, negotiation, and analytical skills to present financing and protection options, ensure compliance, and help customers make informed decisions with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Review customer financial information and perform calculations to ensure accurate financing and transaction processing.
- Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, protection products, and other available services.
- Build customer relationships through professional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales techniques.
- Ensure all finance documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with dealership policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate transaction details with the sales team, lenders, and other dealership departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Maintain organized records and communicate transaction updates clearly to colleagues.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting dealership profitability and performance objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

- Valid AMVIC salesperson or automotive business-related licence appropriate to the position.
- Previous automotive dealership experience.
- Previous automotive finance and insurance (F&I;) experience.
- Robust mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions accurately.
- Ability to explain financial products, contracts, and payment options clearly and professionally.

Preferred:

- Experience with automotive lending institutions and finance approval processes.
- Knowledge of automotive finance products, extended warranties, insurance, and vehicle protection packages.
- A proven track record of sales performance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and management teams.

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
