About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Growth Intern to help MYLS AI create engaging short-form video content and grow its presence across social media platforms. This is a paid, part-time remote internship. The role is primarily focused on short-form content creation, including identifying relevant trends, developing video ideas, filming or recording content, and editing videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys social media, understands what makes short-form content engaging, and is excited to experiment with new formats and creative ideas.

What You'll Do

1. Short-Form Video Creation & Production

- Independently plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Appear on camera to create promotional, educational, and entertaining video content.
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and engaging hooks to capture viewers' attention.
- Produce high-quality content that aligns with MYLS AI's brand and marketing goals.
- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve video quality and creativity.

2. Social Media Trends & Content Ideation

- Actively explore TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to identify emerging trends, viral content formats, and creative opportunities.
- Adapt trending sounds, challenges, storytelling techniques, and video styles into relevant content for MYLS AI.
- Research successful short-form videos and generate fresh content ideas.
- Experiment with different video formats to discover what resonates with our target audience.





3. Video Editing & AI Tools

- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and other visual elements to improve engagement.
- Explore and incorporate AI-powered video creation tools into the content production process.
- Stay curious about new AI technologies and creative workflows.

4. Content Performance & Optimization

- Monitor basic video performance metrics, including views, engagement, and audience retention.
- Use performance insights and team feedback to improve future content.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to test creative ideas and improve content effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in social media, short-form video, storytelling, and content creation
- Comfortable appearing on camera, filming content, or creating videos using voiceover, screen recordings, AI tools, or other creative formats
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, or similar tools
- Able to identify trending content and adapt it into engaging, original video ideas.
- Familiar with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with different content styles.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
- Has access to personal filming equipment (such as a smartphone or camera) and a computer suitable for video editing.
