Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our dynamic team in Vernon. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of sheet metal work, HVAC systems, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal products and systems, including ducts, vents, and HVAC components.

Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of sheet metal systems.

Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal to required specifications using hand tools and equipment.





Inspect and test sheet metal systems for leaks and other issues.

Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project completion.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Journeyman certification in sheet metal work.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal work.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
