Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Established Downtown Clinic, Patients Already Waiting | New Grads Welcome

Pay: $90–$100 per hour, percentage split based on experience | Full-time or Part time | Flexible schedule
No rent, no admin fees, no laundry or supply costs, no hidden deductions.

Our patients asked for this.
GreenLeaf has been a busy acupuncture and herbal medicine clinic in downtown Vancouver for 20 years, with 11,000+ patients treated and 480+ Google reviews. For years, our patients have been asking us to add massage therapy. We’re now hiring our first RMT, and there’s already demand waiting for you.

Why GreenLeaf is different

- Your schedule fills fast. We see 1,200+ unique patients a year, and our acupuncturists will refer patients to you from day one. You don’t have to build a caseload from zero.
- More than ICBC and back pain. We focus on treatment, so the work is varied. You’ll work alongside our acupuncturists in shared programs: Structural Pain, Head & Jaw (headaches and TMJ), Facial Renewal, Stress & Sleep, Fertility Support, and Prenatal & Postpartum. If you want to build a specialty, especially in fertility, prenatal or facial work, we already have the patients for it.
- We handle the clinic. You handle the treatment.

You get a private room with an electric table and heating pad. Linens, laundry, oils, lotions and towels are all provided. Front desk staff, JaneApp booking and charting, direct billing, and ICBC claims, which we’ve handled for years, are already in place. All of this comes at no cost to you.
- We market you. Our ongoing Google and Meta ads will include massage therapy, and you’ll get your own practitioner page on greenleafclinic.ca with your bio and a booking link.
- Prime location. We’re steps from Waterfront and Granville stations.

What we’re looking for

- Active CCHPBC registration as an RMT, or eligibility to register before your start date
- New graduates welcome. You’ll have mentorship and a steady flow of referrals.
- Assets: intraoral TMJ, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage
- Interest in working closely with acupuncturists on shared patient care

To apply: Apply through Indeed or email [email protected]. A resume and your preferred schedule are all we need, and a cover letter is optional.
