Hope 2 Health is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in a hybrid role.

Position Structure

- Part-time, adaptable position
- On-site: In-person assessments and treatments at the clinic
- Remote: Documentation, report writing, appropriate virtual appointments and administrative follow-up
- Initial schedule based on patient demand, with opportunity to increase hours as the caseload develops

Compensation

Percentage-based split model:

- 50% of collected professional service fees to the Occupational Therapist
- Opportunity to increase the split based on caseload, experience and responsibilities
- Compensation structure and caseload reviewed as the position develops

Primary Responsibilities

- Complete occupational therapy assessments
- Develop individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Provide in-clinic occupational therapy treatment
- Complete clinical documentation and reports




- Provide appropriate virtual follow-ups where clinically suitable
- Communicate with patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Support functional rehabilitation and return-to-activity goals
- Potential involvement with MVA and WSIB rehabilitation cases
- Maintain documentation and professional standards required by the applicable regulatory college

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing as an Occupational Therapist in Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation, MVA, WSIB or return-to-work rehabilitation is an asset

Pay: $60.00-$81.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
