Shipping Coordinator

Location: Woodbridge, ON
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics operations within a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including shipment preparation, tracking, and documentation.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Verify shipment details, quantities, weights, and documentation against orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers for domestic and international shipments.
- Manage customs clearance, shipment discrepancies, damages, and lost shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update transactions in the ERP system.
- Organize warehouse inventory and ensure proper product locations.
- Prepare inventory reports, KPI reports, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate customer returns and vendor pickups.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of trucking logistics, load consolidation, and international shipping.
- Understanding of Canadian, US, and international customs documentation.




- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and move throughout the warehouse.
