Laurel Health is seeking a Telehealth Physician to deliver remote diagnosis and management for frail, elderly and complex patients at home, supported by cross-trained paramedics.
You will lead in-home assessments, tailor treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
Shifts are 4 days minimum per month, including one weekend day, with 8–12 hour blocks.
