- Supervising front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Monitoring property safety and security, responding to incidents and conducting regular property walks
- Leading and supporting the night team, coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards
You’ll be part of a passionate, dedicated team that takes pride in what we do and in where we do it.

- Works independently, exercises sound judgment, and remains calm in high-pressure situations
- Is comfortable using property management systems (PMS) and handling financial auditing tasks
- Is available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Relevant experience is always an asset — but we also believe in training for skill and hiring for heart.
