About the Role

We are looking for motivated and outgoing Student Recruiters / Sales Representatives to help us connect with prospective students in Canada and internationally.

This is a year-round position focused on student recruitment, sales, lead follow-up, relationship building, and business development.

The position can be performed remotely from within Canada. Candidates located in Vancouver or Calgary may also have opportunities to work on-site.

You will communicate with prospective students, generate and follow up with leads, promote educational programs and services, and help prospective students move from initial interest to enrollment.

Experienced applicants with a strong background in student recruitment, sales, or team leadership may also be considered for a senior-level recruiter opportunity with additional responsibility and higher compensation.

Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and education leads by phone, email, messaging, social media, and other outreach channels
- Follow up with new and existing leads
- Explain educational programs, services, admissions information, and available opportunities
- Recruit both domestic and international students
- Build relationships with prospective students, community contacts, and referral partners
- Generate new sales and recruitment opportunities
- Maintain consistent communication with interested prospects
- Help prospective students move through the recruitment and enrollment process
- Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately
- Meet individual recruitment and sales goals
- Participate in online, remote, and where applicable on-site recruitment activities
- Support recruitment campaigns, promotions, events, and community outreach




- Work independently while communicating clearly with the recruitment and management team

Qualifications

We are looking for people who are friendly, confident, organized, and comfortable speaking with new people.

- Immigration or education services

Strong communication skills are important.

Additional languages are an asset, especially for international recruitment.

Candidates should be comfortable working toward recruitment and sales targets and following up consistently with prospective students.

Applicants with significant recruitment or sales experience, particularly those with previous team leadership or management experience, may be considered for a senior-level opportunity.

Requirements

- Currently authorized to work in Canada for this employer without requiring employer sponsorship or an LMIA
- Available to start immediately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with prospective students and customers
- Comfortable with sales, follow-up, and performance goals
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer, email, CRM, and online communication skills
- Reliable and organized
- Able to maintain accurate lead and follow-up records

Compensation

- Student Recruiter / Sales Representative: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
- Plus 3% commission on gross sales
- Experienced applicants considered for senior-level recruiter responsibilities may qualify for $25.00-$30.00 per hour
