We are a progressive grain farming operation in Southern Saskatchewan seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our family and staff in all aspects of crop production and farm operations.
Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain modern farm equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, grain carts, and trucks.
* Assist with seeding, spraying, harvest, grain hauling, and general field operations.
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment and facilities.
* Load, unload, and transport grain, seed, fertilizer, and other farm inputs.
* Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
* Assist with yard maintenance, shop organization, and general farm duties.
* Follow all farm safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
* Work extended hours during peak seasons when required.
Qualifications
* Previous farm experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment are considered strong assets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
* Valid drivers license required.
* Class 1A drivers licence is a strong asset.
* Experience operating modern agricultural equipment, GPS guidance systems, and precision agriculture technology is an asset.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
