Alta E-Solution is an ISO 9000, 14001, 45001 and R2 company that specializes in the refurbishing, repair, reuse, and recycling of electronic products. We help the community by reducing landfills and extending the life cycle of electronics; including laptops, desktops, servers among other IT equipment.

Join our dynamic team as a Production and Warehouse General Laborer, where you'll be a vital part of our quick-paced operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in ensuring smooth operations by handling various tasks related to order picking, loading, unloading, cleaning, and packing equipment.

Duties

- Manually lifting weights between 20-50 lbs.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance with WHMIS 2015 and Occupation Health and Safety requirements.
- Transporting electronic equipment from pallets, skids, platforms, and vehicles
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound deliveries
- Conduct inventory counts and organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization




- Assisting other warehouse personnel with various duties

Experience

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including load & unload operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve minor equipment issues
- Good communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
