Availability We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for individuals who haveconsistent evening and late-night availability, with the flexibility to work shifts ending as late as 2:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.

Our Closing team plays an important role in supporting dinner and late-night operations, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next day.

A Day in the Life

No two shifts are exactly the same. As anEvening Crew Member, you may work in the kitchen, front counter, Drive-Thru, dining room, or beverage station while supporting our team through dinner and late-evening operations.

Your shift may include:

- Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards
- Serving guests at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or dining area
- Assembling dine-in, take-out, mobile, and delivery orders
- Taking guest orders and processing payments accurately
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, dining areas, and washrooms
- Stocking supplies and preparing work areas for the next shift
- Supporting evening cleaning and restaurant organization
- Working together with your team in a fast-paced environment




- Following food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

- Consistent availability to work evening shifts, with flexibility to work shifts ending as late as 2:00 AM
- Reliable transportation or ability to consistently get home after a midnight shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- No prior experience required; food service or customer service experience is an asset

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

- Part-time evening schedule, with shifts that may extend until 2:00 AM
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment
