Job Summary

As a Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with clear, courteous assistance, helping them understand available products, support for orders, sending them tracking numbers and invoices and answering calls. You’ll use robust communication and phone etiquette to address questions, identify needs, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Duties

- Responding to phone calls
- Providing product availability information and checking stock levels
- Tracking shipments and providing shipping confirmations or communicating shipping delays
- Processing return authorizations (RMAs)
- Providing copies of invoices
- Updating customer contact information
- Escalating customer issues
- Answering billing questions
- Resolving pricing discrepancies, damaged shipment claims, missing item claims
- Processing credits and replacements
- Providing proof of delivery documents if requested
- Providing estimated replenishment dates




- Sharing safety and compliance documentation
- Explaining packaging and case-pack quantities
- Managing email inquiries, and handling live chat support
- Updating customer contact records
- Providing proactive order updates
- Investigating service failures
- Managing customer complaints

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication, professional phone etiquette, customer service skills, accurate data entry, and the ability to understand customer needs and keep records organized. English proficiency is essential for the described interactions. These strengths help you tailor conversations, recognize relevant options, and contribute to a smooth, helpful customer experience.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
