Overview

Abadi Diamond Seven Ventures is a manufacturing and production company focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who can bridge the gap between design and production—optimizing processes, solving problems on the floor, and driving measurable improvements in quality and output.

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you'll evaluate and improve production processes, design workflows and tooling, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support new product introductions. This is a hybrid role: remote planning, analysis, and documentation, combined with on-site presence for production support, trials, and collaboration with floor teams.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost
- Design workflows, layouts, fixtures, and tooling to support production
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis)
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introductions and process validation
- Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with design, quality,



and production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement, and root cause analysis
- Experience with CAD software and process design
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- P.Eng. registration or eligibility is an asset
- Six Sigma certification is an asset

Pay: $77,800.00-$110,000.00 per year
