Job Summary

The Registered Massage Therapist provides attentive, client-focused massage care, helping clients feel heard and supported throughout their visits. The role combines clear communication, professional service, and accurate understanding of client needs to create a welcoming and respectful experience.

We are offering a 70/30 split

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients, listen to their concerns and preferences, and explain session steps in clear, accessible language.
- Provide massage services tailored to client needs, while maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional environment.
- Use medical terminology appropriately when discussing relevant information, and document session details accurately.
- Maintain client privacy and communicate relevant updates with colleagues to support coordinated, consistent care.

Requirements

Graduate of RMT program





Asset lymphatic drainage

Required: Clear communication, customer service, and the ability to listen attentively, explain care clearly, and handle client information with discretion. Practical familiarity with medical terminology supports accurate discussions and documentation. Preferred: Related massage or client-service experience, along with a thoughtful, adaptable approach to individual preferences and comfort.
