In this role, you will work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals. You will work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting where communication, organization, and a strong commitment to customer service are just as significant as technical ability.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with people, and continuing to build their technical skills.

What You'll Do

- Prioritize and manage multiple requests while meeting service expectations
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members throughout the support process
- Work collaboratively with the broader technical team to resolve issues and deliver a positive client experience
- Follow established processes, procedures, and service standards

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of previous deskside, desktop support, or similar technical experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Working knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices, and computer peripherals

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet applicable client security, criminal record, and driving requirements
