Assistant Site Supervisor – Infill Residential Projects (Edmonton)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and diligent Assistant Site Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of high-quality infill residential projects across Edmonton. This is a hands-on field role ideal for someone who thrives in and who takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the site team in the daily management and oversight of multiple infill construction sites in the Edmonton area
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards
- Review plans, specifications, and drawings, and ensure trades follow them
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking
- Assist with scheduling, material deliveries, and problem-solving on site
- Enforce all health, safety, and environmental policies (Alberta OHS standards) and lead by example
- Maintain accurate daily reports, job logs, and communication with the project team, stakeholders, and homeowners
- Help manage inspections and municipal requirements typical of infill projects
- Support the handover of completed homes with care and attention to detail

What You Bring

- Diligent, detail-oriented individual who demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with trades




- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including cold Edmonton winters, and travel between multiple sites
- Construction experience is an asset
- Punjabi and Hindi language skills are an asset
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage tight urban infill sites is a robust plus
