In-Home Sales Consultant – Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a confident, personable, and motivated sales professional to join our growing team, specializing in premium kitchen cabinet refinishing.

This is a flexible, part-time prospect with strong earning potential, hands-on training, and room to grow into a key sales position within our company.

About the Role

You'll meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments throughout the GTA, guide them through our proven one-hour consultation and sales process, provide accurate estimates, and confidently close projects.

We provide the appointments, training, sales process, and estimating tools. Your focus is delivering an excellent customer experience and turning opportunities into happy clients.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Confidence presenting and closing higher-value services
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle




- Flexible availability for approximately 2–5 appointments per week
- Experience in home improvement, renovation, or in-home sales is an asset
- Painting or cabinet refinishing experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Growth

- Paid per completed estimate: $[amount]
- 7% commission on successfully closed projects
- Flexible, part time schedule with company-provided appointments
- Comprehensive training in estimating, product knowledge, and high-ticket sales
