We're looking for a high-performance High Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing team and help Canadians invest in the U.S. real estate market through our real estate flipping education and support program (Fruitful Investing Academy).

Our customer avatar are Canadians learning how to buy, flip, and profit from real estate opportunities in the United States, just like we do full time - without needing to live there full-time or figure everything out alone. Our offer is built around education, systems, mentorship, and real-world deal flow strategies.

This is a great role for someone who is confident on sales calls, understands how to sell premium offers ethically, and can guide responsible prospects toward making a smart investment in themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be speaking with warm leads who have already shown interest in learning how to invest in U.S. real estate. We get roughly 3,000 warm leads a month.

Your role is to:

- Run booked sales calls with qualified prospects
- Understand their goals, objections, fears, and financial situation
- Explain our real estate flipping offer clearly and confidently
- Help Canadians understand the opportunity in the U.S. market
- Close qualified prospects into our high-ticket program
- Follow up with leads who need more time
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM

Who This Is For

You’re likely a great fit if you:

- Have experience selling high-ticket coaching, education, real estate, investing, or business opportunities. B2C experience is preferred.
- Are confident handling objections around money, fear, risk, spouse approval, timing, and trust
- Can sell without being pushy, cheesy, or manipulative
- Are highly accountable and driven by performance




- Are comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Can communicate with Canadian prospects in a clear, relatable way
- Are interested in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, or wealth-building
- Would much prefer someone who is young, hungry, driven, invests time and money into their own growth, vs years and years of experience in sales. Who you are is more important to us, than what you have done.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
- High-ticket closing experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Able to take coaching and improve quickly
- Strong internet connection and quiet call environment
- Must be available during North American business hours (living in the US is preferred)

Nice to Have

- Experience selling real estate investing programs
- Experience selling to Canadian clients
- Understanding of U.S. real estate, land flipping, house flipping, or investment education
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Zoom, Stripe, or similar tools

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for the right closer.

Top performers will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we scale.
