Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients while helping us continuously improve our support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to customers through our support hub and phone, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with external partner support teams to address and resolve complex issues.
- Create and refine documentation to empower customers with easy-to-follow self-service resources.
- Continuously optimize our service desk processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Strong critical-thinking abilities to analyze situations and make informed decisions.

- Previous experience in customer support or with payment processing is a plus.
