We are a small Boutique Hotel with 12 rooms downtown Toronto.

The duties of Front desk include, but are not limited to the following;

- Handles incoming calls for room reservations when Reservations department is closed
- Handles guest check ins/check outs
- Responds quickly to guest requests concerns in a friendly and professional manner at all times, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Understands and follows property standards.
- Must be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night (11pm –8am)
- Must have ability to handle stressful setting
- Couple hours of restaurant cleaning
- Preparing coffee/ tea and breakfast on event mornings
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Preference given to candidates enrolled in or graduate of a post secondary hospitality/hotel management program.
- Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Part-time position with possibilty to work Full-Time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
