Job Overview

The General Labourer supports daily bakery production by completing hands-on tasks, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and assisting team members as needed.

Candidates should have previous bakery or food production experience, be dependable, attentive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily bakery production and general labour tasks.
- Operate or assist with bakery equipment and machinery as assigned.
- Move, sort, and organize ingredients, materials, and supplies.
- Assist with mixing, baking, packaging, and production line activities.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.




- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Report hazards, damaged equipment, or production issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous bakery or food production experience is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks carefully.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with assigned duties.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Pay: Up to $17.95 per hour
