Head of Client Delivery
This is not another soul-crushing agency job with no upside, repetitive work, and uninspiring teammates.
This is an chance to learn directly from the creator of the number one LinkedIn automation course, one of the beta users of Clay, and a GTM executive with over 100 successful GTM leadership engagements over the past 5 years.
With the skills you get here it would be a miracle not to have your pick between a fantastic cash-flowing agency of your own or a high-paying stable growth role at your choice of company if you ever decide to leave us.
Autopilot Growth has an ambitious goal to become the most respected lead generation and growth services provider in the era of AI-native marketing and growth engineering.
We have more client work than I can deliver myself, and this seat takes that work over and owns it.
We are looking for the core fulfillment partner who has demonstrated exceptional capability to deliver leads and customer acquisition for businesses, but wants to take it to the next level.
What you will do:
1. Own results for our clients. You take each client from onboarding to booked calls and new customers, cost effectively, using whatever methods it takes. Our core channels are LinkedIn outreach using our own proprietary profile sourcing methods, cold email, and Meta ads.
2. Run delivery across every account. You plan each client's week, keep launches on schedule, and check every list, sequence and ad before it goes out, so problems get caught before a client sees them.
3. Be the client's main point of contact: onboarding, weekly updates and reporting.
4. Take client context and onboarding materials and prepare go-to-market strategies end to end, then collaborate with the founder to finalize and execute them.
5. Drive the systems I architect: data scraping pipelines, AI personalization, data observability tooling, self-optimizing campaign feedback loops, AI creative generation, AI SDRs, and client reporting. Most of it is already built, so you decide what to run for each client, check what it produces, and tell me what to build next. We build when it improves a client's numbers.
6. Move quickly. I mean really, really quickly. The reason we have built the reputation we have is because we move faster than others and get things done. If you're looking for a place to coast at because you're intelligent and know how to use AI, this is not the place for you. You will be pushed to improve, accumulate skills, and grow past your limits.
Qualifications:
1. We're looking for the person who always picked things up quickly. Maybe you were bored in class,
and always had an innate drive to learn and grow.
2. Proven client results. You have run delivery or accounts for clients at a lead generation, outbound or performance agency, or owned the GTM function in-house, and you can show the numbers your clients got.
3. Judgment. You can tell when a list, a sequence or an ad isn't ready to ship, and you fix the offer or the targeting before you build another automation.
4. Full-time availability. You'd join as a contractor, but this is a full-time seat, not a side gig. We expect everyone to be dedicated to the mission to become the best growth agency there is.
5. Weekday overlap with the founder from 9am to 1pm US Eastern. The rest of your schedule is yours.
How we hire:
1. Apply with your answers to the questions below.
2. A short assignment that takes about 30 minutes.
3. A 15-minute call with me.
4. A paid trial: three to five days on a real client task, such as auditing a live Meta account or checking and fixing a campaign before it launches. It pays $500 USD. I decide on the work you hand in, so the trial counts for more than the call.
Compensation:
$8,000 USD a month on target: a base plus client retention bonuses, with room for bonuses beyond that.
Compensation is set in USD. The CAD amount shown by Indeed is an approximate conversion of the on-target total.
Phantom equity for the person who grows into the long-term right hand of the business.
To apply:
Answer these in the screening questions when you apply.
1. Brag.
Tell me why you are the most cracked GTM person out there. This is not the time to be humble. Why would you be the best right hand of the business that's able to get us to our mission of being the most effective growth agency out there? Share proof. What have you achieved? What have you built? How did you learn that you were better than others doing the same types of work?
2. Show your numbers. Pick the campaign or growth program you're proudest of. Who was it for, what did you do, and what came of it? Contacts reached, replies, meetings, customers, revenue, cost: whatever you tracked. Screenshots help.
3. Tell me about the hardest thing you ever worked for. How hard was it? What were the hours like? How long did it take? What was it that motivated you to push so hard?
4.
What social media do you consume related to work? What platforms, content creators, coaches, mentors, etc do you follow most to learn and why? How much time a week would you estimate you spend on them?
5. Did you ever take a standardized test like the SAT, ACT, GMAT or GRE, or your country's national university entrance exam? If so, what were your scores?
Pay: $11,237.00 per month
Application question(s):
- Brag. Why are you the most cracked GTM person out there? Share proof: what you achieved, what you built, and how you learned you were better than others doing the same work.
- Show your numbers. Pick the campaign or growth program you're proudest of. Who was it for, what did you do, and what came of it? Contacts reached, replies, meetings, customers, revenue, cost: whatever you tracked.
- What is the hardest thing you ever worked for? How hard was it, what were the hours like, how long did it take, and what motivated you?
- What work-related social media do you consume? Which platforms, creators, coaches or mentors do you follow most, why, and how many hours a week?
- Did you take a standardized test like the SAT, ACT, GMAT or GRE, or your country's national university entrance exam? If so, what were your scores?
- Written assignment (AI tools are welcome; redact client names if needed). One result you owned: give the baseline, time period, budget, channel, qualified opportunities or customers, and revenue or profit where available. Say exactly what you did yourself. If your "Show your numbers" answer covers this, write "covered above" and add only missing details.
- Four weeks of a fictional funnel. Cold email: 6,000 delivered, 180 replies, 24 positive replies, 12 meetings booked, 8 held, 1 customer. Meta ads: $3,000 spent, 100 leads, 18 meetings booked, 9 held, 1 customer. Each new customer signed a $2,500 a month contract. Email costs, gross margin, retention and attribution overlap are unknown. In about 200 words, give the first three checks you would make, one experiment or automation you would put in place, and the result that would tell you whether it worked. Say what you cannot conclude from these numbers.
- Logistics: Can you join full time as a contractor, with weekday overlap from 9am to 1pm US Eastern? Are you comfortable with the compensation structure stated in this job post? Give your earliest start date and explain any constraints.
- A client you turned around. What was off when you started, how did you find it, what did you change, what did you choose not to do yet, and what did the numbers do after?
