About the Opportunity

We are a growing residential cleaning business in Calgary looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

We provide professional home cleaning services and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value customer satisfaction, and can deliver consistently high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dust furniture, surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Clean kitchen appliances and exterior cabinet surfaces.
- Perform deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning when assigned.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely.
- Report property damage, safety concerns, or customer issues promptly.
- Maintain professionalism and respect customers' homes and privacy.
- Complete assigned cleaning jobs within scheduled timeframes.

Requirements

- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not mandatory.




- Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting cleaning equipment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel to assigned cleaning locations throughout Calgary.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.
- Willingness to complete job-related training.
- Ability to pass a background check where reasonably required for the role.

Working Hours

Full-Time: Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on scheduling and business demand.

Part-Time: Flexible hours based on availability and customer bookings.

Pay: $16.76-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
