We are seeking reliable Room Attendants / Housekeepers to join a hotel housekeeping team in Smithers, BC. The successful candidates will clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, provide friendly guest service, and help ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.

Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies.

Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
*
Restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
*
Maintain cleanliness and proper care of housekeeping equipment.
*
Report maintenance issues and needed repairs.
*
Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
*
Follow safety, security, and housekeeping procedures.
*
Work as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
*
Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Friendly and skilled customer service skills.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
*
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
