Lead complex case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

Clinic Visits and Provider Engagement: Perform quarterly in office clinic visits, including patient visits.

Partner with nephrologists to align on shared patients and care plans.

Support provider selection, training, and performance input.

Compliance and Qualifications: Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, Stark Law, and anti-kickback regulations.

Maintain active medical licenses in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Florida.

Require board certification in Nephrology and medical leadership experience.
