Reporting into the Director, Trade Western Brands, the Trade Marketing Manager, West, you will develop and manage below-the-line marketing plans across brands in the market, partnering with Sales and National Brand Managers to support strong execution, brand performance, and continuous improvement. Trade Marketing Planning & Execution Develop and manage below-the-line (BTL) plans for all brands in the market. Oversee the development and execution of promotions, events, sponsorships, and point-of-sale programs. Partner with National Brand Managers to align regional activities with national brand strategies. Conduct in-depth market assessments as part of the annual planning process. Performance, Budget & Demand Planning Evaluate marketing activities to measure performance and effectiveness.



Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and brand performance through ongoing trade presence. Participate in demand planning to ensure in-market promotional activities are accurately captured. Sales Partnership & Relationships Act as the primary Marketing liaison with Sales and participate in sales planning meetings to support effective execution. Build and maintain robust internal, external, industry, and trade relationships. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead special projects for the Marketing function or market as required. Identify and implement continuous improvement, best-practice, and waste-reduction opportunities. Maintain compliance with applicable Canadian advertising laws, standards, and liquor board regulations. Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related business field. Robust proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of sales in a retail workplace is considered an asset. Based in Delta, British Columbia, with travel required approximately 20% of the time. The role is permanent, full time, minimum 3 days per week in office.
