Functional Analyst Level: Senior Contract Duration: 12 Months Work Mode: 100% remote We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Functional Analyst specializing in the SAP S/4HANA RISE platform and Fiori to support our post-go-live operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing functionalities within the SAP S/4HANA workplace. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of the EAM module and drive continuous improvement in asset management processes. User Training & Guidance: Assist end-users in understanding processes, providing training and documentation as necessary to facilitate effective use of the system. Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve system-related issues, coordinating with IT and technical teams as needed to ensure timely resolutions. Maintain and update documentation related to processes, system configurations, and support procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to support the integration of S/4 with other SAP modules and business processes. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.



Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track system performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making. Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, with a focus in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori, preferably in a post-go-live support capacity. Strong understanding of processes, including Asset Lifecycle Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, and Condition Monitoring. Proficiency in SAP RISE modules, including configuration and reporting tools. SAP certification in EAM or related modules is a plus. Experience with integration between SAP modules (e.g., Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to asset management.
